  • The Living Canvas
Tattoo enthusiast Jenny Mutch shares some thoughts on her very own collection of permanent ink artwork
  • THE CHALLENGE:
The brief that we were given was to create a short motion design piece with
    chroma-key,
a lower third and synched sound. We were also asked to choose someone
knowledgeable on the subject that we wanted to create the video about.

    THE CORE IDEA
As a designer and storyteller I've always been intrigued about aesthetic choices, the time
and courage that takes to incorporate an element into a composition  or a character into
a story. That's the reason why when I first met Jenny, i was really happy, I knew she was
    the perfect person
to talk about those bold permanent choices.

    THE SOLUTION
I wanted something that  didn't take away from the tattoos, but was
visually daring, so I decided to use fun-rough looking flash animation
and kinetic type that added another layer of interest and that flattered the color palette.

So that's a bit of background on the process. Thank you for reading and if you like
this video please share it  :D
