2010 AGDA Poster Annual
The theme for the 2010 AGDA Poster Annual was to show a positive future through the use of typography. This poem was created based on a future where there is no judgement based on race but has been told through font styles and weights. The most powerful line in the poem is the last one which refers to the lights being no different to the blacks which acknowledges the light and dark view that some people have toward race but also hits the typography nail on the head with the contrast between the light and black font weights.

Politicians make bold promises although are thin on what they fix, but when it all gets condensed it’s just words said in italics.
If we take the semi bold statements and get regular people to act, we can acknowledge that the lights are no different to the blacks.
