The Korte Company

The Korte Company is a design-build construction company with more than 50 years of experience. In celebration of their golden year, this book was designed to showcase the highlights and hardships from 1958-2008. Each page contains elements that continue from one page to the next, creating one long continuous timeline. Other collateral designed to mark the occasion included an anniversary logo, patch, stationery, notepad, sketch pad, print/banner ads and custom temporary tattoos.

Korte needed a folder designed to fit a stack of successful case studies for potential clients. Because they're all about building smart, their pocket folder had to have the same integrity. Combining form, function and information, this 8-panel folder unfolds to show a timeline on one side and 2 deep pockets on the other.
