The Innsmouth look
This is a visual development of the Innsmouth look of H.P. Lovecrafts Novel "The Shadow over Innsmouth".
I created four ruff sculpt versions and tried to achieve a very different look in each sculpt. Then I took the sculpts to Photoshop and created serveral design variations for each sculpt.
After I choose the Concept that worked best for me I went on working on that piece.
After finishing sculpting I polypainted the bust and rendered it out in Zbrush.
I reworked the Image in photoshop to esablish the final look.
I worked about 3 weeks on the whole project.
