The Canyon gallery and overlooking balcony gallery provided the visitor with a unique perspective on over 130original artifacts including prints and photographs; paintings, albums and illustrated books from the collection of the museum and the National Archives helped illustrate this key turning point in Singapore’s history. The approach was presented in both a thematic and chronological narrative that captured the detailed impressions and atmosphere of the time.
