The Grand Chalet has 6000 square feet of banquet halls, an 1100 square foot restaurant and a full kitchen and bar. The restaurant, Tony Spiducci's, was named after the owners' father and their famish dish the Spaducci. The restaurant is comprised of two rooms newly named the courtyard and the wine cellar, giving two slightly different ambiances to one restaurant. The "courtyard" is has a stone like tile floor with high ceilings and a fireplace giving a feeling of being in an Italian courtyard. At the entrance a hostess stand that was designed and made for the space guides you into the room whereby you pass a custom wine cooler and cabinet displaying a few feature wines from the extensive wine list. The "wine cellar" is a warmer place that you enter through a brick arch. There are luxurious benches that let you sip your wine in comfort, warm lighting and woodwork that give you the feeling of being in a wine cellar. The restaurant now gives not only the function that the clients were looking for but an ambiance and decor that enhances the space.
