With the draft constitution out and available for the public to read and digest within three weeks and then make a decision on whether they would vote yes or no. I will not be able to vote because I am not in Zimbabwe. But i figured if I were able to vote I would need to come up with a way of deciding what I would vote for without having to read the whole document. And here is how I came to my vote.
