The Avenue at Bintang Indah is a collection of 26 luxuriously appointed homes nested within an exclusive gated estate in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
An identity and marketing program was created for the launch. The logo is in the shape of a golden rectangle, a proportional equation which the architecture is based on. It resembles a window with a view of the forest of tree trunks outside the homes.
A series of newspaper ads, direct mail postcards and a website were conceived for the launch.
