- Payment Process of Tenpay Interaction Design
Enjoy the payment - In this project , we aimed at improve the overall payment user experience of new version of Tenpay. Paying money online can be complicated in China due to security reasons, the previous prevalent experience is more like fulfilling an obligation. That's why I proposed to employ the check-writing metaphor - making payment should be an generous and elegant behavior. In this design, I also proposed to use as many selection as possible to substitute form-fillings, combined with rich Tencent contact service, the final released product turned out to be very elegant and user-friendly, making payment becomes easy and enjoyable!
Flowchart of the branch function backbones submitted by product manager, I later challenged the flowchart by a few simplification proposals and improvements.
2nd proposal of the welcome page of making payment, incorporated the check-writing concept and use selection to replace form fillings.
The Confirmation page of the payment, requires user password to proceed, incorporated complicated branch operations like msg notification, anonymous payment and modifications
Final release of the product after a complex of company decisions and graphic design.
