Tena Adam
When the words “coffee” and “art” are used in a sentence, traditionally people are referring to “latte art” consisting of espresso and steamed milk woven together by free pour into beautiful rosetta leaves or hearts.  In this collection, there is more than the traditional yet tradition is really a major part of this Ethiopian drink.  So what is Tena Adam and what is it doing in my coffee?  Tena Adam is like a garden rue, floral and spicy.  It is commonly dipped or stirred during a traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony.  To me, this is coffee art.  Enjoy!
