Location: Tegelen / Venlo
Status: in construction - Though the name might be far from exciting the project certainly is. In a tough market as it is Van Wijnen managed to get sufficient tenants for their own development in which they realize this office building.
With almost 8000 m2 it's one of the largest new offices in Limburg and right next to the highway it for sure is an eye-catcher. The curtain wall required an eye for architecture by Loxodrome and necessary knowledge from the engineers. Now the project kicked off and is being realized in a high-speed process ready for the tenants to move in at the beginning of next year.

Notice the different colours of the curtain. To make it even more complicated the level also has different levels of debt in glass being realized by placing panels infront of the curtain.
Last week (4-4-2011) the piling finally started. 122 piles 12 meters long 0,8m thick are in the ground after 1 week of drilling.

Piles are in the ground and the elevator is well on the way. The groundfloor is well on the way for the prefab in two weeks.- 20 June 2011

First floor is being constructed, notice the columns which spans 2 floors at once. Soon there will be a floor over it. - 27 June 2011
Again the front side, second skewed part should be placed soon.
