After playing around with spreading watercolour onto my pages in my sketchbook, I had started to experiment with adding many different layers to each page. I had originally planned to draw up consistant patterns using shapes on top of the watercolour background, but ended up ruling isometric and parallel line work.
After a few attempts at this, I started to incorporate more random line work into mine.
I will be completing more of these types of pieces but on a larger scale in the coming weeks. I'd like to keep to my original idea of having aligned and consistant shapes to keep the work's originality.
