Bēhance

  • Months ago, for my birthday, my girlfriend Laura has given me as gift a Kid Robot's Munny.

It was my first toy (if I except the moltitude of Master of The Universe action figures I had when I was a kid), but the difference has been that this was a full customizable one.

So I've bought some markers and I had almost start to draw it, when I've thought: "better do some trials of the texture I will put on it..."

The textures became more than one, and the project more "articulated"... because, besides the real custom toy, I did a digital version of the munny and his texture applied on a tee for each version.

And the whole thing has turned fat enough for a funny Behance project.

    Enjoy!
  •  First hand-drawn texture I have done as trial to find the right one to draw on the real toy.

Sketching + application on t-shirt + digital simulation on the toy body
  • Second hand-drawn texture I have done as trial to find the right one to draw on the real toy.

  • Third hand-drawn texture I have done as trial to find the right one to draw on the real toy.

  • After all this digi-development, finally the thing is keeping it real.

Markers in my hand, let's get this work done!
  • It looks a bit evil-tribal-neon.

Next time a less evil one...
    Cheers!
