Tesco was a client taking part in Highwire Brand Studio, where marketing and design students were tasked to create a service campaign for Tesco, Britain’s larget retailer. Our goal was to create solutions that would help Tesco develop a better environment for their customers and employees. Our team spent many days working in actual Tesco superstores getting to know the staff and customers through surveys, casual conversation, and general observation.
