On 14th of December the first local ted-x event took place in Kalamata. (x=independently organised TED event).I was responsible for the visual communication and branding of the event. I share the results of my work and some notes in order to explain the way the designs developed.

The event was based on ''Leading Decentralization''. The diagrams below aim to visualize the current model, the decentralizing proccedure and the desired οutcome.

This ''utopic'' decentralized model was designed purely conceptually as an organizing and developing pattern as a counterproposal to the current model.
