Swan :: Behance

Swan represents a period of seven years in which I repeated a cycle of romances. Each with similar features, high cheek bones, gentle eyes, and tall bodies. Some of these relationships were fleeting, but each resonated.

It was all quite impractical, but I kept a little piece of each relationship. In playing the supporting role to my lovers, there became a glimpse of possibility for a deeper meaning. In this I hoped for a permanent experience in a single lustful evening.

As a photographer, I create cinematic dramatizations of my personal life. The camera is used to explore my memories of past relationships. In this series, I reconstruct memories of poignant moments with lovers in my life.
