Supima Cotton Competition 2012: June-September 2012
This competition included eight finalists from RISD, Pratt, FIT and SCAD, and we were challenged
to use luxury cotton in five different fabrications to make five eveningwear looks. This included hand
dyeing and treating the fabric, designing, patternmaking, model fitting and alterations, and working with
the Supima Cotton point people. The conclusion was a fashion show on September 6th, 2012 at Lincoln
Center for Mercedes Benz Fashion Week 2012. Read Less
