  • The term “brand” refers to more than just the design of a company’s logotype
    and stationery — it is a blanket-term that refers to the particular way that an
    organization presents itself and interacts with the world. It is the relationship that the audience has with it. It is it’s story. Develop a mark, identity and identity system for the Summerfest Concerts.
    Design an identity that will reflect the attributes and purpose of this organization as it relates to its audience(s) and needs. 

    About Summerfest:  Summerfest Concerts, founded in 1991, is a professional chamber music ensemble that enriches the cultural life of Kansas City by providing fine performances of chamber music in the summer. Summerfest programming offers variety in instrumentation and musical styles and emphasizes the performance of lesser-known pieces from all eras, as well as the works, input, and appearances of living composers. The centerpiece of Summerfest’s activities is its series of concerts on Saturdays and Sundays in July. Educational outreach and “out-of-season” concerts allow Summerfest to serve the community and stay in touch with their audience throughout the year.
