Following Subaru's corporate identity guidelines, I redesigned the global and local navigation of the website along with main applications, tools and sections to improve the user experience. I created consistent, user friendly and touch compatible layouts, UI elements, themes, sprites, templates, web guidelines, global styles and web-parts design. Also, I created a cross browser HTML and CSS Front End Framework facilitating and reducing tremendously the design and development time.
As a result Subaru Canada went from position 29th in 2011 up to 6th in 2012 J.D. Power Associates Usability Study.
