Style & Substance - Part Two - Money
The second part of my Style & Substance brief involved me taking what research I had gathered on Ricky Wilson-Cloot, A.K.A Trickartt and then going on to replicate his graphical style through a product. My product of choice was £5, 10 & 20 English bank notes.
Taking inspiration from vector and typographic styles done in his work for various record labels as well as his own personal designs done on Post-it notes in his 'Something Creative Every day' section of his website. I decided to join aspects of these two design processes to produce my final outcome.
Using the colour schemes and dimensions similar to that of Post-it Notes and then adding repeating patterns and bold sans serif styled typographic style to the layout to replicate his vector designs, I believe I have replicated Trickartt's style successfully throughout the second part of my Style & Substance brief.
