Stupid Pathetic Girl Crap
Project: “Oh, This May Sound Pathetic To You” is a book about a girl that is fighting for love.
Her problem: she always falls for guys who are far out of her reach, in one sense or another. The repetition of her relationships form a loop, which at any point could be the end or a beginning of something new. The circular structure helps enable the reader to feel the suffering of the main character as she repeats the same mistakes and spirals further and further into loneliness. Oh, This May Sound Pathetic To You is painstakingly handmade, measures 11 × 13 inches, and looks like a book but actually all the pages are stitched together. It currently exists in an edition of two. One in English and one in Arabic.
