The school of Chemical Life Sciences in Singapore Polytechnic was interested in attracting students who are strong academically. Spread over 2 and a half days, several tools were used to facilitate the reframing of questions and understanding of fundamental values, ideate on ideas and plan for implementation. 

Using quick user research tools and facilitation of interview sessions with students, the outcome questioned the notion of 'strong' students vs. 'desirable' students, emphasized strengths and attractiveness of their courses, and provided insights into their image and communication strategies
