Storyboarding and Character Design

  • Storyboarding and Character Designs

Some of my free-hand drawings during my semesters at county college
  • Some of the works you will see in this section contain branded characters. But don't worry! These were done for personal enjoyment and to further enhance my drawing abilities. All the other characters were designed by me. (Eventually, they'll be patented.)

Cynthia Skunk and all related characters are copyright Gisella A. Maldonado

Looney Tunes are copyright Warner Bros.

  • Cynthia Skunk! Cynthia was created in my third semester of college for character design class. This eventually led to writing an entire TV series (which is still in the slow process of being written) and other character designs!
  • I had never seen Speedy scare the heck out of Daffy, so naturally, I had to do a concept!

  • This is an older drawing I did for fun.

The fox's name is Sofia. In her native Italy, she was raised by skunks; therefore, she thinks she's a skunk. Thus, Sofia constantly chases Pepe le Pew down - usually with hearts trailing behind her!

  • In case no one knows, foxes do climb trees. At this point, Pepe thinks that climbing trees will help him escape Sofia - sorry, Pepe!
  • Pepe le Pew as a cowboy.  Chuck Jones had never done Pepe as a cowboy, so I thought I'd have a little fun with the concept!
  • And Speedy Gonzales got a new twist, too!

  • Pepe and Cynthia tend to get into silly arguments - and sometimes, things get physical!
  • Cynthia's twin sister, Crissy.

Crissy is the polar opposite of Cynthia, who has a fiery temper and is only sweet when she wants to be. Crissy is level-headed, charming, and quiet. And her flaxen colored hair inspires Pepe le Pew to play "The Girl with the Flaxen Hair" by Claude Debussy.

  • Cynthia's big brother, Sydney

Sydney is sarcastic and witty - and sometimes, just plain annoying! Even though he's sarcastic, he has a lot of insight on girls and relationships. He rarely gets annoyed, but when he does, watch out!

  • Cynthia's little sister, Ellie

Ellie is the loveable, giggly, big-eyed sweetheart of the family. She loves to meet new people, but sometimes gets into a little trouble.

  • Cynthia's other little sister, Sadie

Sadie is the second of the triplets. Like Crissy, Sadie is level-headed and sweet. She tends to be a bit bossy with her siblings, thinking that she's "the most grown-up little girl in the world."

  • And Bunny

Bunny is the quiet one of the family, but she can be pretty vocal when something ticks her off!

  • And last but not least, Cynthia's little brother, Husky

Husky is somewhat shy; but he's sweet, nonetheless! He also tends to ask silly questions, or take things the wrong way - due to his "blondness!"
