Store Order Forms

Brief:
Update an order form frequently used by employees when recording merchandise orders over the phone
and online.

Concept:
Retail store employees who take orders via phone/email use the forms to record all necessary information required to process customers’ orders. I needed to simplify the acts of recording and processing customers’ orders while condensing the form to a more sustainable size.
The original form was 3/4 of a letter sized page, leaving the other 1/4 unused. The form was condensed to a half-page format, maximally utilizing the available space to allow for 2 forms per letter-sized page. The forms were then glued into pads of 100 instead of being loosely stored in a file cabinet.
