DERBY is enhanced by steel knife blades and feathers
 
CORSET is lambskin leather metal cabinet closures and ribbon lacing.
 
SKIRT is an original design made from a photograph of a T-bone steak.  The meat pattern is stepped and repeated to create a pattern and is custom printed on faille fabric.
 
GARTER is leather and features five steak knives with ebony handles.
 
LEGGINGS are suede leather with metal button stud closures.
 
 
MAID OF MEAT is a tongue-and-cheek tribute to the Meat Packing Industry, a Springfield First. While beauty and glamour may not be associated with this industry, in the hands of an artist even a bloody uncooked steak can become a beautiful fashion component.  Will meat inspire the next fashion trend?  As Project Runway’s Tim Gunn might say, “Major WOW factor!
