State of Being is a collaborative project which will become the backdrop for an eight part opera that will open in the UK. The opera is eight acts each representing an elements or "emotional states" in a persons quest for development and survival. I was given the task of creating a portion just 25 seconds of video to express the theme or element of Jazz. I tried to incorporate layers of imagery as i felt it best suited the music and addressed what music and Jazz mean to me personally.
