While working at Vocanic, I was the agency's Engagement Planner. I spent much of my time working on one of our keystone clients, Singaporean telco StarHub. I worked to help improve the organisation's overall social business strategy, worked closely with StarHub staff on developing a social CRM offering and helped launch various small scale strategies and campaigns across different social platforms. I also worked closely with our Community Management team to improve our support for StarHub customers.
