Staged in Rome.
Once the sun sets in a strange city we become latent actors. Darkness hides expression on our faces, movements of bodies, a sway of arms and legs, tones of clothes we wear and feelings hidden in our eyes, but only to be exaggerated as theatrical elements in a sharp camera flash. In this quick moment of exposure in extreme light, we are on stage, a lonely figure with no one aside.
