The American Advertising Federation Chapter at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, picked a specialized team that focused on the St. Louis Blues advertising competition. I was picked along with a few other team-mates to work on a flyer for a competition by the St. Louis Blues.
We were competing against a couple other universities in the midwest, to come up with an action-packed flyer for the St. Louis Blues' upcoming game against the Edmonton Oilers. The flyers were submitted to the official 'Facebook' page of the St. Louis Blues, where the winner would be chosen based on the number of 'likes' earned.
I served as the Creative director on the team and I designed the flyer representing the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Our flyer got the most likes on Facebook, gaining 323% more likes than the nearest competitor; thereby, making it the winning entry.
