Brief was to design and build the marketing suite for the prestigious St Andrews development.
Taking an existing building I had to resolve the size, scale and specification of the marketing suite - designed to create a unique experience and customer journey.
This included designing bespoke furniture, and including and interactive touch screens on the sales desks and a model display area. Large format graphics, digital wallpaper, custom built displays, bespoke storage completed the internal decoration.
The impressive approach to the development and external branding was created through a signage strategy comprising stunning two metre high lettering, monolith way-finding signage, flags and flagpoles.
The large 'Fin' on the building was used to project promotional videos at night.
