Ever imagined seeing a logo that's been in your life for years all-of-a-sudden rendered into a competitor's brand? As you scroll through the logos below; the feeling you might come across is "What's going on here?" and that's interesting and a bit curious.
I’ve selected a few of the well known brands in my country Sri Lanka and replaced their styles with those from their main competition. Not all the results turned out to be overly revealing, but you can always channel new thoughts when changing the place of things. The message is clear, even if the logo is altered, it’s still recognizable. This is an excercise to illustrate and bring forward the strength of a brand and brand awareness; inspired by many international logo/colour reversion projects.
By all means the altered logos are for an exercise purpose.
