The first project for computer illustration this summer. Also some of my first meddling in the illustrator program with the pen tool and such. Turns out it is a rather dandy program and I look forward to playing with it for future projects.
This is the final design I chose to go with. Compared to some of my other ideas the lines were simplified to mostly shapes so that it would be easier to cut out.
The final outcome of the squid mask. Layered slightly with sheets of foam.
