Kiosks and temporary carts can be a huge eyesore if left vacant. To advertise availability for rent there needed to be some eye-catching design to draw potential small business owners. Above is my solution with the catchphrase "try this on for size." the unit made of plexiglass has a dicut that is suspended in the middle. It spins and thus attracts attention to shoppers as they pass by.

 

Below is an alternate solution, for a softer solution. The discs are easy for storage and can be set up and torn down with ease.

To correspond with the carts, I designed more advertising via coasters that would be placed on tables in the food court. The facing side has my design while the alternate side has contact information for the mall. 

In addition to the on-site designs, the other component of redesigning the Specialty Leasing campaign was a direct mailer that each mall could send out to potential renters.

Below is a print ad that was actually printed in Specialty Leasing magazines. For the ad they had me swap the color scheme to something that matched corporate Glimcher's.
