Sovereign are predominantly a social housing developer, they also build properties for general sale which they take to market themselves. They asked us to create marketing images for a small development in Inkpen, West Berkshire. 

We created a complete "digital show home" for them including front and back external images as well as kitchen, dining room, lounge and bedroom images to show the homes in their entirety without the need to fit out a physical show home.
The key point was that the models could be amended at a later date to show variations in flooring, kitchen finishes or furniture, combined with 3D floor plans potential buyers will see exactly what they are buying long before construction is complete. The response from Sovereign has been extremely positive as they have not previously used internal images quite so extensively to sell their properties.
