Bunker Soratte
Brief history:
- 1937-1943 building of 4km of galleries under the Soratte Mountain, near Rome by the will of Benito Mussolini
- 1943-1944 headquarters of the south high command of German Army
- 1944-1967 in state of abandonment
- 1967-1972 transformation in fallout shelter
- Some years ago-now the area is managed by the non profit "Bunker Soratte" association
