After successfully completing the VVMs and photomontages of an Allied Developments scheme in Manchester, commissioned through Hodder + Partners, Arc was commissioned to produce the marketing imagery for Allied's next project, Solent Lawns, a bespoke residential development on the Isle of Wight.
With planning approval already achieved, the developer began work on site and was aiming to raise the profile of the project with a view to generating off-plan sales. What started as a project to deliver a series of computer generated images of the properties, to be used in the estate agent's sales and marketing collateral, soon evolved into a full-scale brand and marketing exercise with Arc providing consultancy services - including brand development, positioning lines, graphic design and copywriting - along with practical delivery of the development's brochure and website. In addition, Arc will be designing press advertisements for further exposure.
It is anticipated the development will be of interest to a wide rage of potential purchasers well ahead of the show home launch and the CGIs are also expected to be used to support the public relations strategy, in particular promotion in the local and national property press.
