    Book blurb.......
After the Internet, what came next?
Enter the Metaverse - cyberspace home to avatars and software daemons, where anything and just about everything goes. Newly available on the Street - the Metaverse's main drag - is Snow Crash, a cyberdrug. Trouble is Snow Crash is also a computer virus - and something more. Because once taken it infects the person behind the avatar. Snow Crash bleeds into reality.
Which is really bad news for Hiro - freelance hacker and the Metaverse's best swordfighter (he wrote the code) - and Y. T. - skateboard kourier, street imp and mouthy teenage girl - because reality was shitty enough before someone started messing with it . . .
Exploring linguistics, religion, computer science, politics, philosophy, cryptography and the future of pizza delivery,
Snow Crash is a riveting, brake-neck adventure into the fast-approaching future.

I read this in the early to mid 90's, when the internet was in it's infancy and the future was so bright and shiny, you only read about it or saw it in the movies,
Having read Snowcrash, and loved it, I looked at the cover and thought, how does this, represent what's contained inside?!! So, while studying graphics in the late 90's early 00's my PC picked up a few glitches and just before crashing, gave me a screen dump of bizzare brain melting  pixilated images, also known as snowcrash!
This got me thinking about the Novel of the same name, and the awful cover, and I just had to come up with something that to me, represented the story, visually.
Using a similar visual approach to the images from the PC Snowcrash, I came up with this....
You can see a head, goggled in to the metaverse, streams of digital information, and a tower which represents the Babel/Infocalypse storyline
    .

I've had this gathering digital dust for over a decade, so, seeing as the future in now here, I thought, it's time to share! I thought it might make a good poster......
