Dear ladies and gentlemen, we are glad to represent to your attention industrial design of the smartphone for the blind. It is the new version of our product with the improved characteristics and with a large number of new functions (Fig. 1-5).

By means of the set of programs Android NativeDevelopment Kit and Android SDK (SoftwareDevelopment Kit) the following applications are developed:

1. Google Mapsfor the blind - Software Google MapB.
The route is set in the Google MapB menu, and thebuilt-in GPS&GLONASS chip positions the pedestrian in the surroundings. Theresets the RFID module near the entrance, by means of which there establishes communicationwith the smartphone through the wi-fi module, which makes it easy to find theentrance (Fig. 3). The diagram L from t shows the signal level in earphones at themoment of approaching to the sensor. In the beginning the signal is feeble anddiscontinuous but in the process of approaching to the wi-fi module the signalamplifies. At the moment when the user is near the module and the smartphone ison the straight line with the module the signal becomes constant.

which is set at the entrance.
This technology allows moving easily around the city,and by means of the RFID modules it is easy to find an entrance. That meansthat a blind person can walk around the city, come into shops and come backhome without being afraid to get lost!

2. G+ for theblind - Software GB+.
By means of the software it is possible to log in theblog, with the possibility to enter the links in the menu, and record messages.Searching of messages and other users is possible. Voicemenu.

3. Facebook for the blind – Software FacebookB.
By means of the software it is possible to log in theblog, with the possibility to enter the links in the menu, and record messages.Searching of messages and other users ispossible. Voicemenu.

4. Twitterfor the blind – Software TwitterB
By means of the software it is possible to log inTwitter, with the possibility to enter the links in the menu, and recordmessages. Searching of interesting messages and other users is possible. Voicemenu.

5. Organizer.
Includes: Contact list, calendar of planning, reminder.

6. Theprogram Voice ReaderB (Text to Speech) with thefunction of voice support to the interface is included into each applicationfor simplification of searching, relocation and recording of messages.

7. The Store.AICOGroup. Programs’ store.
It contains programs and applications that can bedownloaded and set in the smartphone:
- The learning Braille font program with the voice support.
-Your audio guide «City of Peter the Great».It contains information about the sights and monuments of our city. If the RFIDmodules sets on them, it will be possible to listen to a small lecture aboutthe objects while moving around the city. This program, which can be set inother types of phones, can be very helpful for tourists coming to our city (Fig. 4).

8. Mini-browser AICO
Theline for typing of an address appears by pressing a button on theside A. For loading a necessary site types in the name of asite and «+». Voicemenu. To read the latest news or messages is possible bymeans of pressing N+. For searching in a site press S+.
