Amazing pond I pound on the way to new Siem Reap town in Angkor City, Kingdom of Cambodia. Near the temple of Angkor we can find largest fresh water lake in South East Asia which it water spread-out to surroundings to form smaller ponds. Almost every pond has either waterlily or lotus plant. Both of these plants are being consumed daily by the Khmers as known as waterlily salad, waterlily soup, lotus tea, stir-fried lotus roots etc. In this pond I will show you only the waterlily pond in black and white.
