This project was part of an exhibition (Protoporto) held by the FuturePlaces Festival in Porto. The idea was to produce visual repertoires that could materialize the vision of how a specific aspect or place in the city might become in the future.
Skylights, typical in Porto, formerly thought to illuminate the houses interiors, might, in the future, become the medium through which the city and its inhabitants express themselves.
If one has a panoramic viewover Porto's center, at some point of the day, one can notice a great amount of light enclosed inside these skylights.
This energy should ignite the inhabitants creativity, adding expression to the buildings uniqueness.
