The concept and first sketches were drawn back in 2009.
Had to leave for Vienna and the project became a "long-distance relationship" hence it was continued together with Zaiga Gaile and Ineta Solzemniece-Saleniece (Zaigas Gailes birojs). After my return continued with architecture detalization, exterior and supervision, interior.
