I made sure to bring a sketchbook with me yesterday on our trip to the country. 

Instead of sketching for the sake I planned to end up with a finished piece of art and started work on the piece as soon as I returned home. I might make a habit of this ....I really enjoyed the whole process.

I made sure to put in as much detail as I needed for the final artwork. I already knew what I wanted to include in the sketch and I moved through the different fields to get a view of what lay behind the large trees and hedges.
