Branding identity project on a club association.
Design brief was to join two different types of clubs,
one physical and the other a contradictory of the first.
Focusing on local context, Lion Dance as a main
structure, and with the concept of referencing to all
the traditional vaules of lion dance as well as the long
history merging together with a book association that
through personal experience found my friend reading
before a lion dance competition.
A small mix of local and western culture. The Lion dance
which has a rich history dating back to China and a simple
book club where lion dancers gather to discuss about their
monthly chosen book.
The logo and the poster is done through silkscreening
where the design is exposed onto a screen with a good
choice of appropriate paper and colour.
