Silvio's Brazilian BBQ is a delectable establishment which rests on the coast of Southern California. The company was founded in 2003 by long time friends Doug Howarth and "Grill Master" Silvio Correa. Silvio's began as a catering company that specialized in authentic family-style BBQ, but soon expanded to food vending at sporting events, street festivals, and music festivals throughout California.
