I designed these shirts as part of my growth as a designer. Wanting to move beyond paper surfaces, I explored the idea of shirt design. Wanting a break from the heavily conceptual work that I usually gravitate towards, I approached shirts with a decorative style, though that didn't mean a total abandonment of concept, but rather an acknowledgement of the inherent human desire to be beautiful, and to associate ourselves with beauty.
All the shirts are my 100% original vector drawings.
Budget and printing limitations forced me to curtail the idea of these as an actual business possibility, but I still harbor a desire to physically produce these and other shirt designs.
