OverviewOur task was to rebrand, redesign, add features and improve the user experience on Sherwin's first generation ColorSnap app. The app allows you to snap a picture or use a saved one and pick a color from the picture. Once a color is selected the app recommends two coordinating colors based on Sherwin's database of coordinating colors. We added the ability to create custom color palettes, the ability to adjust colors once they are chosen, and the ability to browse Sherwin's full spectrum of paint colors.
My Role
I was an art director on the project, under supervision of an associate creative director, managing 1 designer. I worked closely with our mobile development team to discuss features, user interactions and technology constraints, as well as a project manager.
