Selfhelp Book
Libro de Apoyo
Two books found in the street are modified into a book-rest: One book rests on the other. In this
case we have art as a process, nothing new is created, there is always a reference.

It can be interpreted as a reivindication to reading, and the book as an decorative object, which is poignant these days, since the new form ebook, may replace the old paper format: the triumph of the Information Society and audiovisual: the DigitalRevolution. In this work one of the books, the rest, loses one of its main uses – to be read – but continues offering further functions still related to the act of reading, supports a book and helps reading.
