D-Day Self Promotion
The concept for my self-promotion came in response to how quickly graduation is approaching. Overwhelmed by apprehension, excitement, and fear I made the association between the mutual feelings a design student and a solider must share. My self-promotion serves as a provisions kit. It contains a guide for day-to-day survival comparing and contrasting the similarities between the plethora of tools, technology, and terminology that designers and soldiers use on a day-to-day basis. Included is a pouch containing dog tags, which serve as a business card along with a passport, which incorporates my résumé and work samples.
