Self Portrait
In this body of work looks at my self portraits, but my knee in particular. Since birth I have suffered with a condition called Synovial Hemangioma, its caused my great pain yet I feel that it has made me the person that I am today and that now was the time in my life to document it. All the images explore different feelings that I have toward my leg, vulnerability, comfort, memory and documentation. I have used a variation of different settings to create this body of work such as my own home and the studio. All the images were shot on my Mamyia RB 67 Pro S camera.
