So for my Advertising 'Content Creation' class we were split into groups and we were told to look for a company involved in the transportation of people, research where they may need advertising help, develop a strategy and execute an integrated campaign. I worked with Griffin Price and Jessica Funk on the project.
Jessica worked on the strategy. Her research deduced that Schwinn Bikes should reach out to the parents who once owned Schwinn bikes, and to convince them to buy Schwinn Bikes for their children.
I worked with Griffin on the creative execution.
We decided that our tone should be touching and nostalgic. As for the approach, we decided that we should appeal to the parents' fond memories of owning Schwinn Bikes when they were children.
